Meet the Founder – Devona C. Brown

Devona C. Brown is the heart behind Frances Touch Consulting, LLC. A licensed Managing Real Estate Broker with more than 15 years of experience, Devona has built a trusted career serving the Chicagoland and South Suburban communities. Through Powerhouse Enterprize, LLC, she specializes in residential real estate for clients age 55 and better. She also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, which equips her with the tools and insight to serve aging adults with care and professionalism.

Frances Touch Consulting wasn’t just a business idea—it was born from personal experience and a deep desire to make a difference. After working within the healthcare environment and supporting her own loved ones through downsizing, selling their home, and transitioning into an assisted living community, Devona saw firsthand how confusing and stressful the process can be. That experience left a lasting mark and planted the seed for something more meaningful.

Named in honor of her beloved grandmother, Frances Carol Lucas, Devona founded Frances Touch Consulting, LLC—a non-medical senior transition referral placement and care navigation resource company. Frances Touch Consulting provides seniors and their families with trusted guidance, advocacy, and practical support through each stage of the transition. It’s more than a business—it’s a calling rooted in love and a commitment to serving seniors with dignity, clarity, and compassion.
